SMALL PAINT JOBS

Our Small Paint Jobs involve painting small areas of the unit and our prices include labor and material.

These jobs range from painting a small area of the ceiling, wall, trims, steps, and up to the size of a room.

A 50% deposit is required prior to the start of the job and final payment must be made upon job completion. 


If your paint job does not fall within the listed categories, you will need to request a personalized quote.

ROOM  PAINTING

Price: $600.00 & Up

Includes: Painting ceiling and walls for 1 room

TOUCH-OUT  PAINT

Price: $200.00 & Up

Includes: Touch-out paint for ceiling and walls for 1 room

Note: You need to have the exact paint color for this type of job.

CEILING/WALL/FLOOR 

Price: $200.00 & Up

Includes: Painting 1 ceiling, 1 wall, or 1 floor 

TRIMS

Price: $300.00 & Up

Includes: Painting baseboard, window trims, and door trims for 1 room

STEPS/RAILING

Price: $300.00 & Up

Includes: Painting steps and railings for 1 floor

CABINETS

Price: $50.00 & Up

Includes: Painting 1 kitchen cabinet

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Additional charges may apply for moving furniture, cleaning prior to work, traveling over 30 minutes, tool rental, materials, high ceilings over 8 feet, higher square footage, multiple tones and coats of paint, hiring additional help, and other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, please review our terms and conditions for the additional charges.
